Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — A wave of acquisitions is hitting the market toward the end of 2025 as companies across multiple sectors move to expand.
The latest announcement came from TP Rachmat’s automotive component manufacturer PT Dharma Polimetal (DRMA), which is now in the final stages of acquiring PT Mah Sing Indonesia, a manufacturer of plastic components for four-wheeled vehicles.
