Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk. (GPSO)’s planned acquisition of three strategic assets owned by Tjokro Group, valued at Rp700 billion, has drawn scrutiny from the Exchange Authority.
In a letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) No. S-00945/BEI.PP3/01-2026 dated January 26, 2026, the Exchange Authority requested clarification from GPSO’s management regarding the proposed acquisition of several Tjokro Group assets.
